A central agent is the main medium in every aspects of the sale process. He is in charge and accountable for the promotion of your yacht in the international brokerage community and in the clients network. Following international industry practices and as compensation for their service, your central agency and the broker representing the buyer will perceive a percentage of brokerage commission once the sale is closed.
